Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) launched the customer care self-service portal to better serve you. Through myGCWW Customer Care Portal, you can view your water usage, review billing statements, and choose how to receive and pay your bill. myGCWW will give you the ability to better manage your account with ease and convenience.

Monthly Billing FAQs

+ Why is GCWW Moving to Monthly Billing?

Our customers, as well as City Council and County Commissioners have been requesting monthly billing for some time. In keeping with what is best for our customers and stakeholders, a monthly billing project was kicked off in early 2017.

+ What are the benefits of Moving to Monthly Billing?

There are many benefits to monthly billing...it will allow customers to more effectively manage their bill; view monthly consumption; and get regular updates, just to name a few.

+ How will monthly billing impact my bill?

In most cases, your bill should be about 1/3 of your quarterly bill.

+ Where can I find rate information?

All rate information and updates are available online at rateinfo.myGCWW.org. Sewer and stormwater rate studies are currently underway and all 2018 rate updates will be released later in 2017.

+ How long will the transition take?

All customers will receive a pro-rated bill in January, 2018. Depending on the days of service (DOS) since your last quarterly bill, the amounts due will vary. Then, in February, customers will receive their first “truly monthly” bill.

+ Can I go paperless with monthly billing?

YES! You can start now by enrolling today in the new Customer Care Portal. Manage your account online at portal.myGCWW.org.

+ Can I set up Auto Pay for monthly billing?

YES! You can start now by enrolling today in the new Customer Care Portal. Manage how to pay your bill online at portal.myGCWW.org.

+ Will I still have 21 days to pay my bill?

YES! To allow you to plan better, your bill will begin arriving approximately the same time every month, and is due 21 days from the bill date. Your bill is easy to read, user friendly, and meets all your account management needs. Click here for an explanation and sample of your bill.

Everyone is invited and encouraged to enroll! myGCWW Customer Care Portal will be accessible to all Greater Cincinnati Water Works customers.

+ If I'm a tenant or an owner’s agent (property manager, etc), can I enroll?

Yes, if you are associated with a GCWW account you can enroll through myGCWW Customer Care Portal.

+ Can I receive my bill electronically?

Yes! GCWW places a priority on our environment. We also strive to save our customers time and keep rates as low as possible. Your bill delivery will default to a paperless eBill when you enroll through myGCWW Customer Care Portal. Enroll Now!

Setting up Your myGCWW Customer Care Portal Account

+ Why should I enroll through myGCWW Customer Care Portal?

Through the personalized myGCWW Customer Care Portal you can enjoy the following benefits:

+ How do I set up my new myGCWW profile?

Get started in three easy steps:

  1. Find your account number on a recent bill.
    Account numbers are 10 digits
  2. Click on "ENROLL NOW" on the login screen, located in the upper right hand corner. Enrollment begins with your name, email address and account number. A verification email will be sent to your email address.
  3. Follow the link in your verification email to complete your enrollment

+ What if I lose or have to reset my password?

You may reset or change your password using the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page of the myGCWW Customer Care Portal.

+ Are some browsers more compatible with myGCWW Customer Care Portal than others?

Paying Your Bill

+ Are online payments secure?

Yes. Safety and security are a top priority in everything we do. Our payment system takes a multi-tiered approach to data security and system integrity. This system employs many highly advanced security hardware, software, and protocols to protect its system.

Your user name and password are unique identifiers that only you know. If you don't share this information with anyone, then no one else can sign onto the site pretending to be you.

You are automatically signed off of your session if you are inactive for a period of twenty minutes. We recommend you sign off immediately after you are finished checking or making payment(s) to your account(s).

+ How can I manage multiple accounts?

It is not necessary to enroll each of your accounts separately. Once you register through myGCWW Customer Care Portal all of your accounts will automatically be available. Users with multiple accounts will need to enter an account number for an additional property during enrollment for verification purposes.

Yes. Changes can be made at any time through myGWW Customer Care Portal.
